The vintage that was 2020 threw many curveballs for the team at BK, with their Ovum Pinot Gris resulting in a wine with surprising weight and structure. Spending two weeks on skins and fermented in egg-shaped concrete vessels, the palate has a mealy texture with notes of orange blossom, custard apple, and a little preserved citrus tang.
