Excellent drinking here. A fresh nose with light herbs, citrus blossom & a hint biscuity. Savoury with some salinity. Quite complex & very dry. If you’ve been hitting the Prosecco a bit too hard but don’t want to leave Sparkling Town, try this Cava!

Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa are the Fanatical producers behind Partida Creus. Originally working as architects in Piedmont, Italy, the pair now craft very special, single-minded natural wines from Penedès in Spain. Using organically grown varieties native to Catalonia, the wines reflect local tradition & relay the passion of this very progressive couple. The Partida Creus BN stands for 'Blanco Natural'. It's a blend of Xarel·lo, Garnatxa Blanco, and a splash of Moscatel. It's a spicy, floral, and energetic wine, with olive brine and hay aromas that lead into a palate of blood orange, fennel, jasmine, and preserved lemon with lingering saline acidity.
