Melbourne-based Black Arts Brewing is the result of a chance meeting between two beer geeks in a homebrewing store in 2014. Fast-forward to now, the duo have established an impressive barrel program and produce a range of beautifully complex mixed-fermentation ales from their location in industrial Williamstown. The Red Wild Ale takes inspiration from the classic Flanders Red Ale, combining a luscious, creamy palate of vanilla, cherry, and caramel with a persistent tartness and a subtle acetic edge.
