Melbourne-based Black Arts Brewing is the result of a chance meeting between two beer geeks in a homebrewing store in 2014. Fast-forward to now, the duo have established an impressive barrel program and produce a range of beautifully complex mixed-fermentation ales from their location in industrial Williamstown. The Golden Wild Ale is a tribute to the Lambic beer styles produced in Pajottenland, Belgium. It's tart and vinous, yet with a beautifully balanced palate and a delightful funkiness.
