All-around good guy Nic Sandery over at Molly Rose has been brewing beer for some time now (remember that delicious Strawberry Tom sour? Phwoar) – and since opening up his tap room in Collingwood he’s been steaming full speed ahead. His love of the Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops found in classic IPA's inspired this brew, coming in at 7.4% in a classic North Western style.
