This has been bottled with a little spritz to enhance the freshness, lift, and crunch of the wine. That little prickle of CO2 is a natural byproduct of fermentation; if it's too distracting just pour the wine into a decanter or let it breathe for 15 minutes and the spritz will dissipate!
