Drawing their inspiration from the rugged slopes of Sicily's Mt Etna, Aetnae produces a range of aperitifs and spirits with a strong emphasis on using local produce grown in the fertile volcanic soils. Etneum is a distinctive gin infused with juniper distillate, wild Sicilian flowers, Mediterranean herbs, and a range of Sicilian citrus fruits such as lemon and bergamot. it's an extremely aromatic and generous style of gin, and is well-suited to a G&T and in cocktails where gin is the main attraction.
