We've been crushing over The Gospel's beautiful rye whiskey for a while now, so when we were invited to help choose a single cask for this collaboration we had to pinch ourselves to make sure we weren't dreaming. Tasting our way through a handful of selected casks, it was unanimously decided that one cask was a cut above the rest: a heavily toasted, 36-month, air-dried single barrel of double pot distilled 100% rye whiskey. Bottled at cask strength, it's rich with brown sugar, muscat, red fruits, allspice, vanillin-laced tannins and The Gospel’s distinct rye spice. Get in quick before we drink it all!
