Unlike their fantastic London Dry Gin, East London Liquor Co. have sourced this rum from a producer in Guyana. The rum itself is made with the world's only surviving wooden column still - a quick google will tell you the still's owner, should you wish to find out! It's a beautifully mellow rum, though not as sweet or viscous as some Demerara rums you might be more familiar with.
