As part of our partnership with this year's RISING festival, we're very excited to announce this delectable collaboration with Four Pillars to accompany the many activities to come. ?Ambitious in scale and impact, RISING will begin on the evening of the total lunar eclipse in May 2021. Over 12 nights, festivity and late-night culture will intersect in a surge of art, music, performance and ceremony in the heart of Melbourne.?

Building upon a base of Four Pillars' famed Bloody Shiraz Gin, the Bloody Moon Negroni features Oscar.697 Rosso vermouth, Campari, housemade Davidson plum syrup, and a dash of Joseph Cartron Crème de Cacao White. It has a luscious sweetness reminiscent of stewed raspberries, with a tangy Davidson plum edge, subtle nutty chocolate notes and lingering herbal bitterness.
