The La Bibine VdF is made from Syrah from the Mâconais vinified in a classic Ganevat fashion: farmed with either organic or biodynamic principles, with no additions in the winery and bottled without fining or filtration. It's expressive and vibrant, with juicy red and black berries, a touch of spice, and just the right amount of structure.
