Phenomenal Grower Champagne from the Lassaigne family vineyard in Montgueux, managed by Emmanual Lassaigne, Jacques’ son. This cuvée is 100% Chardonnay from several different parcels and three successive vintages: 2016 (20%), 2017 (33%), and 2018 (47%), disgorged in November 2020. Wonderfully fresh and mineral-driven, with a creamy texture, crisp citrus notes, and compelling length.
