This indigenous white variety comes from 50 year-old vines in clay & limestone soils, made by a cousin winemaking duo. Sweet floral aromatics, honey, jasmine, an oxidative apple edge, a hint of LoFi grip and a savoury finish. Goes beautifully with a bit of air.
