What a treat it is to have this wine on our shelves again! Marco Lubiana is the son of Tasmania’s most respected Biodynamic vigneron, Stefano Lubiana, and is off to a racing start with his own label of premium wines. The Lucille Vineyard Chardonnay was 100% whole bunch pressed, and barrel-fermented in old French oak. It's a chiselled and poised style of Chardonnay, showcasing notes of pink grapefruit, grilled hazelnut, lemon balm, and fennel, with an oatmeal-like softness to the palate which is beautifully offset by saline acidity. An absolute treat!
