Phenomenal Grower Champagne from the Lassaigne family vineyard in Montgueux, managed by Emmanual Lassaigne, Jacques’ son. 100% single vineyard Chardonnay, from 50+ year old vines that sit deep in the chalky hillsides. A non-vintage blend of wine from 2017 (76%), 2016 (14%), and the remaining 10% from 2002 - 2015, disgorged in October 2020 with no dosage. Incredibly crisp and energetic, with chalky tension and a vibrant acidity.
