A delicious, Australian-made vermouth - the result of a collaboration between Gilles Lapalus and Shaun Byrne. Coming from a base of Victorian-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, they’ve used grapefruit zest, mace, angelica root, strawberry gum, wattleseed and river mint.
