This is a delicious take on a classic London Dry Gin. Using a 100% British wheat base spirit, East London Liquor Co. then infuse a classic assortment of botanicals such as lemon, grapefruit peel, coriander, angelica root, juniper berries, cubeb berries, and cardamom. It has a beautiful concentration that's normally founded in higher ABV gins, with notes of ripe lemons, piney juniper, and subtle peppery hints complemented by a rounded mouthfeel.
