Hailing from Peru's Ica Valley, this 'Pura' pisco is made exclusively from the Quebranta grape variety. It's a subtle and gentle style of pisco that's particular suited to use in cocktails such as the Pisco Sour. Expect notes of olive bread, capers, and white pepper with a smooth, saline finish.
