This is an absolute knockout Chardonnay from one of Tassie's most exciting producers, Paul and Gilli Lipscombe. Drenched in crushed rock and oyster shell mineral notes, coupled with fleshy white peach, grapefruit, and a whiff of struck match reduction. There's plenty of taut acidity drawing out the finish, too, with just a whisper of oak bringing this classy act to a close.
