From one of Piedmont's most revered old-school producers comes this delightful red, made from one of the region's lesser-known varieties: Ruché. Deep red velvet in the glass, with an attractive bouquet of strawberry and dried herbs. The palate is incredibly moreish and savoury, with tart cherries and amaro spice carrying through to a little clench of tannin on the finish.
