Wildflower St Walter Black Muscat, 375ml

A delectable lil brew from Wildflower, which Topher and the crew let us get our hands on before its official release (thanks friends!). Using Black Muscat grapes from 60+ year-old bush vines at Thornbrook Orchard which were carbonically macerated, and blended with select barrels of mature golden ale. The resulting brew is festively coloured (light purple/red), with an aromatics rosewater character, and a bright crunchy palate. The perfect refresher mid-Christmas lunch.

Dollar Bill Sleigh Rider Christmas Ale Bochet Baraggot, 750ml

An exclusive brew from the great people at Dollar Bill Brewing, especially bottled for this bountiful 12 Beers of Christmas pack! An incredibly unique creation, this spiced Christmas ale uses caramelised honey, oats, and honey malt as its base (aka a Bochet), which is fermented with an English ale yeast, then aromatised with Strawberry Gum, Cape Barren tea, and cinnamon. Spicy, delicious, and super complex. Thanks Fi & Ed!

Boatrocker Asterix Barrel-Aged Sour Blond Ale, 500ml

A beautifully complex beer from the team at Boatrocker. Asterix is a Belgian-style Sour Blonde Ale, primarily fermented with a Trappist ale yeast and then barrel-aged with the addition of Brettanomyces. Pitch-perfect acidity, with a lovely barrel-aged character and delicate barnyard funk from old mate Brett. This particular bottling came straight out of Boatrocker's cellar, and has seen several years of maturation. Complex and delicious.

Moon Dog Skunkwork, 330ml

This here, this is a piece of history! A rebrew of the very first Moon Dog beer, which was then packaged and allowed to mature for 20 months. Originally quite an aggressively hopped beer, the hop profile has really smoothed out over time, creating an almost easy-drinking barley wine.

Edge Brewing Stretchy Pants Sour

Look, we all know it's like to eat FAR too much over Christmas, and just when you think you're done, there's yet another course, or snacks, or dessert.... which is why Michelle & Adam at Edge Brewing decided to brew this very special palate cleanser to see you through! It's a tropical, low ABV, high acidity, and overwhelmingly refreshing sour - made for easy-drinking. This was brewed specifically for this pack, and each can is even individually hand-labelled, so the amount of love and dedication is clear, inside and out!

Garage Project Sex, Death & Figs, 375ml

In the words of the team at Garage Project, "Strange things go on inside the fig". If you want to know more as to the back story of that, just google 'fig wasps', and get ready for a wild ride! Previously un-released outside of New Zealand, Sex, Death & Figs is a a strong, dark, Brett-spiked Saison which has been brewed with candied fig, bitter orange peel, and star anise. It was then put to sleep in Madeira barrels for six months, resulting in this wickedly rich and complex brew. 13% ABV

3 Ravens Solera Stock Ale, 750ml

It is such a treat to have this aged Solera from 3 Ravens Brewery. The journey for this barrel-aged brew began way back in 2011, with the final bottling being a mix of various vintages of barley wine (alongside house-malted barley, aromatic Aussie hops, and fruity English yeast). This particular release was bottled back in July 2018, and is the perfect still beer to sup upon post-dinner, maybe even next to a lil cheese plate for good measure.

Forest For the Trees Barrel Aged Saison, 375ml

Gosh, we were so lucky to get our hands on some of this limited release! An exceptionally crisp and delicious Saison, barrel aged in French oak barriques for 6 months before being blended and bottled. Delicate florals and citrus peel, with subtle notes of flint and vanilla imparted by the barrel. The finish is crisp and dry, with clove and nutmeg spice. Drinking beautifully now, but you could even put it away for next Christmas, if you can wait...  7.2% ABV

Hop Nation The Kalash RIS, 375ml

The Kalash you know and love, but with a nice lil whack of age on it! This 2019 edition saw four months in Bourbon barrels, making for a beautifully take on the Russian Imperial Stout with a rich mouthfeel, and notes of oak, tar, and spice. Just the thing to end a long day of feasting.

The Bruery Spontanaheim, 750ml

A very special brew, brought into Australia JUST FOR THIS PACK! This beauty was brewed using traditional Belgian methods (turbid mashing and spontaneous fermentation), and showcases all the unique yeast character that Anaheim has to offer. It was then matured in their 'Puncheon Pyramid' for 18-24 months, prior to blending and bottling. It's tart, funky complex, and crisp - and an absolute delight that we're overjoyed to have on our shores.

Black Arts Summer Wild Ale, 330ml

The perfect can to welcome those warm, balmy summer days - blended and canned especially for 12 Beers of Christmas. This uses Black Arts iconic mature golden wild ale, which they've then refermented on pineapple, pink dragonfruit, and sage. Pouring a deep peachy hue, this is soft, tart, and fruity, with a hint of earthiness. An absolute delight to drink.

La Sirène Single Barrel No 023 Still Ale, 375ml

This special release from La Sirène had previously sold out, but they very kindly kept some back so that we could bring it to you as part of this pack! This particular barrel selection was so compelling that it was bottled un-carbonated, making for a complex still ale, reminiscent of orange wine. Textural, buttery, and chockablock with layers of intensity.
